How do I set up a preferred list on My Space blogs?

On each blog, there is the option to set it to public, diary, friends only and preferred. I clicked on the button, but it doesn’t take me anywhere. Thanks

I think myspace changed their code, because it wont let me use MSPlinks anymore. When i try to make a link, and click on it to preview it, it takes me to the myspace error page, because its supposidly spam? How can i make a link, without it taking me there.
